---Minimum income of 2x times the rent NET (No Exceptions) Example: 2 occupants combined take home (after taxes) income  would need to be minimum of $3,400.00 for a unit that is $1695

---No prior Housing Court Actions (No Exceptions) 

Example: You did not pay rent. The landlord filed with                                                                                                             Housing Court a 14 Day Notice to Quit or Eviction. Whether evicted or not, Management will not accept the application

---Pass criminal background check

---Credit score is negotiable but no current history of RECENT missed payments
